Bill joined the HACCP International business in 2009 and formed the company’s first overseas office from his Hong Kong base to service the Asia Pacific region.
Bill has worked extensively in the food industry in Australia, The USA and Asia and has called Hong Kong ‘home’ for the last 25 years or more.
He holds a Bachelor Food Science Degree and an International MBA.
When not busy traveling (and that is rare!), he enjoys competitive outdoors trail running and has a keen interest in Formula 1 racing and sports cars. The photo of the Porsche remains aspirational for the time being while his love affair with Alfa Romeo continues!
Otherwise you will find him at home cooking up a feast with a glass of red wine by his side!
