Juliana is part of the technical team at HACCP International. She is a qualified Food Technologist with a Masters of Food Technology from University of New South Wales. Her industry experience includes both Research and Development and Quality systems. In her spare time Juliana teaches ballet at a local dance school a passion which she has maintained from childhood.
