HACCP International’s Martin Stone and Deborah Rien recently enjoyed a fantastic day visiting the Hotel, Restaurant & Catering (HRC) show in London. As the UK’s largest event for the hospitality and food service industry, it was an excellent opportunity to meet and review a vast range of suppliers and businesses showcasing exciting new ideas and products available in the market. The highlight of these events is always reconnecting with certified clients exhibiting at the show, and HRC offered Martin and Deborah the chance to catch up and spend valuable time with HACCP International Certified Suppliers.
