The attendees were kitchen design consultants from SE Asia and the objective was to better equip these professionals with understanding and to strengthen the services they are providing to their clients in regard to food safety and the HACCP International Certification programme.

Our certification manager, Ms Rachel Meryment was invited to attend and delivered an informative presentation covering many topics such as the types of food hazards, the risk assessment process and critical control points and how HACCP International product certification can help when choosing fixtures and equipment in foodservice kitchens.
