Martin is the Directeur Technique at HACCP International and has enjoyed a twenty-year career with the organisation. A Food Science and Business graduate, Martin has worked with large and small food businesses in countries including Australia, Canada, the USA and Japan in the manufacturing and international trade sectors.
When not engaged with HACCP International business, Martin, an accomplished guitarist, enjoys travel, a variety of watersports and home renovation.
