Richard has been with HACCP International since 2010 and has worked in food safety compliance since graduating from Leeds University in 1989 with a degree in Microbiology.
He enjoys a number of sports and outside pursuits including walking / hiking in the national parks of England and locally, with the Labrador, running in medium and long-distance events, tennis and travelling. In quiet times he enjoys home life with good food, English (proper!) ale, good books, films and growing food in the garden.
