Shannon Oakes

Shannon has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Food Technology) and has worked in the Food Industry in Product Development, Quality Control and Sales.

Outside of work Shannon likes to be outdoors with family and friends camping, hiking and paddle boarding. Saturday mornings during the soccer season she can found on the sideline cheering on her sons. Shannon also loves making and decorating cakes whenever there is a chance.
